- Land Development Ordinance:
- non in place today with town
- check with DOT on any ordinances for buffers
- future ordinance being proposed (12-18 months out)
- Safety:
- No plans to account for these
- Keith Brothers:
- (9/27) The keith brothers land has not sold and will not until the town approves the development plan from the new developer. Think of the development plan as a guide if 100% of everything was perfect from a building perspective. Once the planning department approves the plan -- then the developer has to secure the land from the keith brothers (which probably is already done - awaiting on town approving new plan) in addition to gaining all the construction plans + all the other permits and approvals. So Donna to your point - the planning department does not care per say at this point about how the land is classified as --this will be vetted out in the construction planning phase.
- Easement Notes:
- (9/27) It appears that some of the lots are longer than others --so some of our lots will be butted up against the easement while others will have 20 feet from end of prop and the easement (my lot for example - smaller than Phil's so Phil's is on the easement line and mine is 20 feet off of it.
- (9/27) There still could be hope of having the road shifted slightly -- but we would need to engage the new developers as they are the ones mapping the plans for the development and the road.
